- Online payment. Used acquiring Mono Pay. Allows you to pay using Google Pay and Apple Pay wallets, manually entering card information and scanning a QR code.
- Transfer to the monobank card. After placing an order, we will provide you the details of the card on which you can pay. Please include the order number in the payment designation.
- Transfer to account. After placing an order, we will provide you with IBAN account details for which you can pay.
The order is valid for payment within one day. The order is canceled if it is not paid within this period.
Delivery
If the order is paid before 15-00 (by Kyiv time), the order will be shipped the same day. If the order is paid after 16-00 (by Kyiv time), the order will be shipped the next day. When placing an order, consider the work schedule of postal companies and their branches.
- To the Nova Poshta Branch. Delivery to the specified Nova Poshta branch at the carrier’s rates.
- Courier of Nova Poshta. Courier delivery by Nova Poshta to the specified address at the carrier’s rates.
- To the Ukrposhta Branch. Delivery to the specified Ukrposhta branch at the carrier’s rates.
- Hold On (send on request). After payment, the order is kept in storage and will only be shipped upon your request.
- International delivery by Ukrposhta. We advise you to contact us before placing an order to clarify the details. The cost of delivery is calculated after placing and paying for the order, and paid before sending.
If you are interested in another way of delivery or self-pickup (only in Kyiv), we will try to resolve this issue with you individually.
In case of damage or complete loss of the goods during delivery, responsibility for covering the costs lies with the postal carrier (when dispatching the order, we declare the full value of the goods).
In case of an incorrectly specified delivery address, not simple games is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
