We guarantee that you will receive a new product of original quality that matches the description on the not simple games online store page. We do not provide a warranty for the completeness and absence of defects in the components inside the sealed package/box, but If we have such an opportunity, then we can organize replacement of the defective or delivery of the missing component. If, after opening the package, you find defective or missing components inside, then you can contact us to find out the possibility of such a replacement or delivery. All shipping costs in such a situation, are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise agreed.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased in the online store not simple games, you have the right guaranteed by the law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" to return or exchange goods within 14 days from the date of purchase, under the following conditions:

— product was not in use and has no traces of use: scratches, chips, abrasions.

— products are fully completed and the integrity of the packaging is not violated (the protective shrink wrap has not been removed).
— all labels and factory markings have been retained.

Payment of transportation costs in the event of a return or exchange of products falls on the buyer.
